WHAT TO EXPECT
Services are provided through our national provider network. Individuals should call to make their first appointment. In order to start treatment, individuals will need to receive an authorization for services through Centerstone Military Services. This authorization will require providing personal information to verify you or your loved one’s service and is required to ensure good stewardship of the donations that make these services possible. We do not share this information with the VA or other military organizations unless authorized to do so and will always tell you before this occurs.
